Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions (GA) is a multi-agency UN initiative aimed at accelerating progress towards the SDGs, creating decent jobs, and expanding social protection coverage. A stated need is for employment objectives to be better integrated into national budget processes and aligned with sectors for inclusive development. The ILO’s Employment, Skills and Sustainable Enterprises department has developed the Employment-Related Public Expenditure Review (ERPE) methodology, a structured evidence-based approach to assessing how public budgets support — or fail to support — national employment objectives. The ILO is contracting an international consultant to conduct ERPE exercises in two GA pathfinder countries: Senegal and Namibia. The consultant works in coordination with national consultants responsible for data collection and national report drafting, and provides methodological oversight, quality assurance, expenditure data processing, and synthesis outputs. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
