Please note the following:
1. Confirm if we can quote as CIP Port of Freetown, with UNICEF handling final clearance and forwarding to the warehouse. The tender requirement is CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to UNICEF Warehouse, Freetown, Sierra
Leone); the Supplier will be responsible for shipping, customs clearance and delivery to UNICEF warehouse.
2. Provide the expected timeline for the PO placement and artwork handover to check the freight rates. The expected timeline of PO and artwork is in early July. Goods expected at destination (Freetown) in Sept 2026.
