International Consultant on Public Investment Management (IC2)

Country:  Home-based with travels to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of the International Consultant (IC2) is to design and support the implementation of a new integrated Public Investment Management System, in support of achieving Outputs 5 and 6 of the PFM project. IC2 will act as the key source of international expertise and quality assurance for these outputs, directly guiding and coordinating the work of national consultants NC4 and NC5 9 (see Annexes 1 and 2).

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 26 months

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
