New clarification added: Dear ConsultantsThe Minutes of the Pre-bid Meeting will be uploaded. In the meantime please note the following answers to the questions raised during the meeting:Question: A bidder raised a question about permits and approval to conduct the assignment in the three countiesAnswer: The UNOPS team stated that they will facilitate both the provision of introduction letters for obtaining permits from the relevant authorities and meetings with appropriate government officials through their field office personnel.Question: Bidder asked who will organize the validation workshop?Answer: UNOPS team responded that all logistics (Venue, refreshments, invitations, etc..) of the validation workshop will be handled by UNOPS.Question: Bidder asked who will handle travel and transportationAnswer: UNOPS team responded that this will be handled by the consultant; these include air travel costs and vehicle hire/fuel/driver costs.
