FAOPH-Tender No.2026/FAPHI/FAPHI/137121 - Service Provider for Training about Strengthening Laboratory Quality Systems through ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Implementation, Internal Audit, and Good Laboratory Practices The Service Provider shall: • Provide training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management Systems Foundation Course • Provide training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management Systems Implementation Course • Provide training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management Systems Internal Audit Course • Provide training on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) • Provide training on Non-Conformity and Root Cause Analysis • Provide electronic copies of lecture materials and/or presentations from official reference materials with examples of practical applications • Ensure that trainers are highly qualified professionals with experience in auditing, conformity assessments, and management system implementation • Assess the performance of the participants by conducting pre- and post-tests Technical Staff Qualification shall be: • part of a globally recognized organization known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and technical competence. • Technical staff with at least 3 years of experience related to the field and a background in laboratory audit, conformity assessment, and management system implementation. • Good oral and written communication skills Inclusions: • Access to a conducive training venue and learning materials with standard classroom facilities. • End – to – end client support and provide training materials, including certificates and attendance records. • Provide fully catered meals (AM snack, lunch, and PM snack) for the entire duration of the training.
