Request for Quotation: Photo Production for Visibility Materials

Dear Bidder,

On behalf of the International Labour Office (ILO), we invite you to submit a proposal for the provision of photo production services for visibility materials.

To be eligible for consideration, the ILO must receive the offer signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal if any, on or before 12/06/2026 18:00 PM (Kyiv time) at the following email address: kyiv-procurement@ilo.org . The application package must include a financial proposal (budget) and a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience with similar assignments.

Offers received after the deadline will not be considered. The ILO reserves the right to extend the deadline for submission of offers. In such an event, all potential bidders will be informed in writing of the revised terms and duration of the extension.
