Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Comprehensive implementation of SIYB and Financial Education training in Basra, including beneficiary identification and selection, delivery of four structured training cycles, post-training coaching and support for access to finance, facilitation of MSME dialogue sessions to strengthen linkages, formalization, and green business practices, and supervision of tracer study data collection to assess project outcomes. The assignment also includes coordination with stakeholders, continuous follow-up with beneficiaries through the financing process, and submission of periodic and final reports documenting activities, results, and lessons learned.
