Provision of Aircraft fueling and Bulk Fuel Delivery Services for the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO)

1. The United Nations is seeking expressions of interest from qualified firms for the Long-Term contract agreement for the provision of Aircraft fueling and bulk fuel delivery services for the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO). 2. The requirement includes the Supply of Jet A-1and refueling of MINURSO aircraft in Western Sahara, through existing commercial fuel services at the following airports: a. Laayoune Airport (IATA: EUN, ICAO: GMML) b. Dakhla Airport (IATA: VIL, ICAO: GMMH/GSVO) c. Smara Airport (IATA: SMW, ICAO: GMMA/GSMA) 3. The requirement also includes delivery of Jet A1 in bulk to UN airport aviation fuel storage terminal at Awsard, Mahbas and Oum Dreyga in Western Sahara, using supplier owned/arranged transport. 4. The UN reserves the right to split the regional requirements into separate contracts or include all the requirements into one single contract. Notes: 1. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation; and the United Nations Procurement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this Request for EOI. Specific Requirements/Information Interested bidders are required to provide proof that the bidder has experience delivering fuel anywhere in the world (e.g.) copy of valid fuel service license in Western Sahara or any other country OR (ii) copy of audited financial statements where the activity of delivering fuel services is explicitly mentioned, etc.) OR (iii) a copy of an agreement with a subsupplier that has proven experience delivering fuel, alongside the corresponding proof for the sub-supplier.
