Specific Requirements/Information UNSOH invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for office premises located near Las Américas International Airport, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This requirement supports logistics coordination activities and diplomatic movements between Santo Domingo and Port-au-Prince. Location Preferences • Zona Franca Las Américas • Parque Cibernético de Santo Domingo • Boca Chica commercial zone • Secure and accessible areas Space Requirements • Total usable office space: 100–120 m² • Layout to include: o 1 private office (senior staff) o Open workspace for approximately 4 personnel o Small meeting/conference room o Reception area o Secure IT/server room o Storage space and kitchenette Parking Requirements • Minimum 2 dedicated parking spaces • Visitor parking preferred Building Requirements Premises must comply with: • Dominican Republic building codes • UN Minimum Operating Security Standards (MOSS) • Fire and safety regulations • Accessibility standards Infrastructure Requirements • 24/7 electricity with backup generator • Adequate HVAC system • High-speed internet (fiber or satellite) • Reliable water and sanitation Security Requirements • Controlled access points • CCTV systems • 24/7 security presence or equivalent • Capability to accommodate additional UN security measures Fit-Out Requirements The landlord should: • Allow partitioning and internal modifications • Support IT and telecom installations • Allow security enhancements • Permit UN signage and branding
