Call for External Collaborators __ Development of Vision document for productive employment in Tajikistan

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The selected consultant is expected to work closely with Tajikistan’s tripartite constituents (the government, employers’ and workers’ organizations) to draft a paper which defines long-term priorities for expanding productive employment as well as indicators and methodologies for assessing progress (e.g., jobs created). The consultant also helps adapt ILO’s training materials (case studies and roleplay guide) to the local contexts and facilitate training of employment counsellors.
