Call for External Collaborators__ Development regulations of private employment agencies

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The selected consultant is expected to develop a regulatory framework for private employment agencies in line with ILO Convention No. 181 in the Kyrgyz Republic. This will involve reviewing international good practices, collaborating with the Ministry and relevant stakeholders to design an appropriate governance mechanism adapted to the national context, and consulting on, drafting, and finalizing regulatory texts.
