The ILO is seeking an experienced national consultant to support the ILO in conducting a needs assessment of the legal and institutional frameworks for the protection of whistleblowers and victims of forced and child labour in Turkmenistan.
The consultant will collaborate closely with the ILO team and international expert to identify, gather, analyse and present targeted, relevant information on national legislation and institutional practices.
