Minutes of the Pre-bid conference will be disseminated by direct communication to participants by email and posting directly in Quantum and on the tender websites.

 All Bidders are encouraged to attend. Non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Bidder. No verbal statement made during the conference shall modify the terms and conditions of the RFP, unless specifically incorporated in the Minutes of the Bidder’s Conference or issued/posted as an amendment to RFP.
