Call for External Collaborator – Audio-Visual Production and Graphic Design (PROSPECTS Egypt)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is summary of the work to be performed: Under the supervision of the ILO PROSPECTS team in Egypt, the consultant will edit, restructure, and package existing audio-visual materials, and design visibility materials in line with ILO and PROSPECTS communication standards. The consultant will deliver: three thematic videos; one documentary-style video on the PROSPECTS partnership; a set of 12 social media reels (beneficiary stories and thematic compilations); bilingual subtitles and transcripts (Arabic/English); clean international versions of all videos; and an edited B-roll package with shot list. For visibility materials, the consultant will design a minimum of four bilingual roll-up designs, promotional assets in digital and print formats, digital design concepts, and deliver all files in editable source and print-ready formats. All outputs must comply with ILO branding and PROSPECTS/Government of the Netherlands visibility requirements, meet professional audio-visual standards, and be presented bilingually (Arabic/English). The consultant will ensure respectful and sensitive representation of beneficiaries in compliance with ILO ethical communication standards.
