While attendance of the pre-proposal clarification meeting is NOT mandatory, UNOPS will use this session to explain the tender requirements, provide an overview of the tender (including donor and project details), and highlight critical elements that should be considered when preparing proposals.Offerors are also reminded that all communication for this tender, as well as the official language of the submitted proposals, must be in English. Extend the deadline for offer submission from 29 June 2026 on or before at 0900 Hrs UTC to 15 July 2026, on or before 0800 Hrs UTC. Revise the pre-proposal virtual clarification meeting date from 11 June 2026 at 0900 -1000 Hrs UTC to 26 June 2026 at 0700-0800 Hrs UTC. Google Meet joining info: meet.google.com/ajq-emhw-huq . Attendance of the Pre-proposal Clarification meeting is NOT mandatory, but strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant proposals.
