World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations with 193 member states. WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select a Contractor to provide support in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) development, data collection review, Organizational continuous improvement framework and a Contractor to provide on demand customer feedback related services. WIPO hereby invites your company to submit a proposal in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. CES-26-01887-RFP. It is to be noted that WIPO will only accept proposals from a legal entity/Commercial companies. Proposals sent directly by individuals will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTE: This RFP is divided into 2 lots (See below), one for the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) development, data collection review, Organizational continuous improvement framework and one for on demand customer feedback related services. Bidders may submit their response for one or both lots. Each lot will constitute an individual submission to be evaluated separately.
