Description

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) seeks to engage a qualified photography and videography service provider to document the impact of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) Programme in Western Province, Zambia, and develop a comprehensive visibility package for dissemination through UNFPA digital platforms and the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) website.

The assignment aims to capture compelling beneficiary-centred stories and visual content that highlight the programmes achievements, outcomes, and impact on the lives of affected populations. The selected service provider will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content suitable for communication, advocacy, donor reporting, and social media engagement.

The assignment comprises the following deliverables:

Deliverable 1: Human Impact Stories

  • One (1) 90-second human impact video story, including subtitles and optimized for social media and no-audio viewing.
  • Two (2) written human impact stories accompanied by high-quality photographs and complete metadata.

Deliverable 2: Deep-Dive Documentary Video

  • One (1) three-minute deep-dive video showcasing programme interventions, achievements, and beneficiary experiences.
  • Video to include subtitles and be optimized for social media and no-audio viewing.
  • Final outputs to be provided in landscape, square, and vertical formats for use across multiple digital platforms.

Deliverable 3: High-Resolution Photography

  • Sixty (60) professionally edited, high-resolution beneficiary-centred photographs with accompanying metadata.

All outputs shall adhere to UNFPA branding, visibility, ethical communication, safeguarding, and informed consent requirements, ensuring that beneficiaries are represented with dignity, accuracy, and respect.
