Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Stage 1: Pre-Support Performance Assessment 1. Develop assessment tools and conduct evaluations of 15 selected enterprises covering operations, finance, governance, and market integration. 2. Review the application of previously acquired skills, tools, and systems. 3. Analyze revenue trends and overall business performance. 4. Identify key gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and underutilized capacities. 5. Produce Enterprise Sustainability Diagnostic Reports with actionable recommendations. Stage 2: Business Strengthening and Sustainability Systems Development 1. Design and deliver targeted training on business sustainability and management systems. 2. Develop enterprise-specific Business Sustainability and bankable business plans. 3. Strengthen systems for revenue generation, cost control, customer retention, and record keeping. 4. Build financial management capacities and introduce digital tools. 5. Facilitate market linkages and access to financial services (SACCOs, VSLAs, MFIs, banks, LGA funds). Stage 3: Institutionalization and Structuring 1. Facilitate enterprise integration into local ecosystems (LGAs, BDSPs, private sector). 2. Strengthen linkages for continued advisory, technical, and market support. 3. Develop and apply the Exit Readiness Scorecard to assess sustainability levels. 4. Conduct structured handover of tools, systems, and processes.
