PAN26.0043.HRD - Expression of Interest – Supply of Relief Items | UNHRD Panama

Dear supplier,

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), through the United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD) in Panama, is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified local companies with an established presence and demonstrated expertise in the supply of relief items.

The categories of items under this EOI include those outlined in the attached document titled “UNHRD Supplier Presentation (brief relief items description)”, which provides further details on the required supplies.

Interested companies are requested to submit their Expression of Interest along with all supporting documentation, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided.

Submission deadline: 8 June 2026, 17:00 hrs (Panama time)

Please ensure that all required documentation is complete and submitted within the specified deadline. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
