New clarification added: Q7. Regarding Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C (Technical Bid Form), Item D14, please clarify the required composition of the “set of removable sensors,” including whether this refers to additional replaceable sensor modules supplied with the equipment and whether bidders may propose their own sensor configuration based on the technical capabilities of the offered equipment. A7. The requirement under Line No. 14 does not imply the supply of an additional spare set of sensor heads beyond those required for the detection of the minimum sixteen (16) pollutant types specified under Line No. 5. For further clarification regarding pollutant types and sensor configuration, please refer to Answer No. 5 above.

New clarification added: Q6. Regarding Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C (Technical Bid Form), Item C12, will equipment equipped with a Lithium-ion battery be considered compliant if it meets or exceeds the specified battery performance requirements of 12V DC and 2700mAh and provides equivalent operational characteristics to the required Lithium-polymer battery? A6. Batteries with electrical, safety, and performance characteristics equivalent to or exceeding those of the specified Lithium-polymer battery (12V DC, 2700mAh) will be considered compliant. Corresponding amendments have been incorporated into the revised RFQ_2026_63062_Section III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form C_Technical Bid Form_REV2_16JUN2026.

New clarification added: Q5. Regarding Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C (Technical Bid Form), Clause B5, please clarify whether the requirement for “at least sixteen (16) types of pollutants” refers to sixteen unique pollutants to be measured or sixteen replaceable sensor modules, including modules with different measurement ranges and sensitivities for the same pollutant. Please also confirm whether a specific set of sensor heads is required as part of the supply and, if so, provide the required list of pollutants and/or sensor modules. A5: Please note that the requirement to supply thirty (30) sensor heads with the equipment has been removed. With reference to the requirement for “at least sixteen (16) types of pollutants,” sensor heads designed to measure the same pollutant but operating with different measurement ranges or sensitivities shall be considered as separate pollutant types. The sensors for the pollutants specified under Line No. 3 of the technical requirements shall have detection capabilities within the following ranges and limits of detection (LOD): CO₂ range 0–2000 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.01 ppm; CO range 0–50 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.2 ppm; NO₂ range 0–1 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.01 ppm; O₃ range 0–0.2 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.002 ppm; SO₂ range 0–10 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.05 ppm; H₂S range 0–10 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.05 ppm; VOC range 0–20 ppm or wider with LOD ≤ 0.05 ppm; and PM2.5 / PM10 range 0.001–1.000 mg/m³ or wider with resolution of 1 µg/m³. Additional pollutant sensors required to reach the minimum total of sixteen (16) pollutant types may be selected by the bidder, provided that they are relevant to professional ambient air or workplace (indoor) air quality monitoring applications. For each such sensor, the bidder shall provide manufacturer specifications that indicate the measurement range, resolution, detection limit, and accuracy. Corresponding amendments have been incorporated into the revised RFQ_2026_63062_Section III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form C_Technical Bid Form_REV2_16JUN2026.

New clarification added: Q4: Section III - Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C (Technical Bid Form), Clause B3 requires the monitor base unit to be compatible with more than 30 different sensor heads. Will equipment compatible with at least 25 different sensor heads be considered acceptable? A4: Please refer to response to Q1 & A1 explained above.

New clarification added: Q3: For Lot 6: Air Sampler, Section E requires GMP compliance. Since air samplers are laboratory equipment rather than pharmaceutical products, could this requirement be replaced with ISO 9001 compliance? A3: The tender covers all procurement categories, including pharmaceuticals. However, bidders may explain if the offered item does not fall within the requested category and submit the appropriate certificate applicable to the item offered. This may include the submission of an ISO 9001 certificate instead of a GMP certificate.

New clarification added: Q1: For Lot 6, please clarify whether the requirement is for compatibility with more than 30 sensor head types or for measurement of at least 16 pollutant types. In addition, please specify any pollutants to be monitored other than CO, CO₂, NO₂, O₃, SO₂, VOCs, H₂S, PM2.5, and PM10. A1: The requirement in Line 3 does not mean that 30 sensor heads must be supplied with the equipment. To avoid unnecessary restrictions on competition, this requirement will be removed from the technical specification, which will be published on or before June 8, 2026. The requirement in Line 5 refers to the measurement capability of the device and means that the manufacturer must offer replaceable sensor heads for at least 16 different pollutants, including, but not limited to, CO, CO₂, NO₂, O₃, SO₂, VOCs, H₂S, PM2.5, and PM10. Since no additional specific gases are mentioned beyond those listed above, participants may propose any suitable model capable of measuring at least 16 pollutants providing corresponding sensor heads, including for the pollutants specified above. Please note that the purpose of this equipment is the assessment of ambient and workplace air quality and the surveying of common indoor and outdoor air pollutants by occupational hygiene, industrial hygiene, environmental, and public health professionals.
