Description of the Assignment: The Individual Consultant (IC) will provide targeted technical and operational support for subnational NDC 2.0 initiatives, with a primary focus on integrating youth (aged 16–30) and gender perspectives into climate action. 
The Consultant’s role operates across two distinct but complementary streams: 
1. The IC will provide strategic input for Climate and REDD+ in Indonesia (CREDDIN) Workshop and liaise in targeting Junior Civil Servant (ASNs) : during the preparation phase (ground 
mapping and module review) and consolidate the final outputs (local development plans and teaching modules) generated from the CREDDIN workshops. 
2. Direct execution support for Skill Our Future Targeting University Students: The IC will be directly responsible to onboard university students to the Skill Our Future platform.  This entails 
strategizing and supporting the execution of university-level workshops (list of university partner will be provided by UNDP) strictly targeted at university students to drive user acquisition and 
certification on the "Skill Our Future" platform.

Period of assignment/services: 100 working days within 6 months
