New clarification added: Dear bidders,Kindly find below the received clarification and UNOPS response: Q7: Our manufacturer says – After check the documernt, I found that there are only information about voltage of the actuator.I will need to know more details about the valves to provide the quotation.Please kindly provide: •    Size of them•    Type of check valve: swing flange check valve/double plate check valve/single plate check valve, ect. It is better to have the photos of them, if possible.•    Type fluid of them to choose the material to check the quote.•    Design standard to choose the type: ISO/ANSI/JIS. Hope get your update to confirm the type of valves and provide the quotation asap. UNOPS response: 1. Size / Nominal Diameter (DN): The exact nominal diameters and corresponding technical specifications for the check valves, gate valves, and all other mechanical components are clearly detailed and listed for each individual line item within the Schedule of Requirements, the Excel sheet (Price schedule Form), and the Returnable Schedule (Form C) provided in the tender package.2. Type of Check Valve: Per the technical specifications on Page 8, the required type is strictly a Ball Check Valve of approved quality.3. Type of Fluid & Material Requirements: The fluid application is raw/potable water for a municipal Water Treatment Plant (WTP) environment4. As stated in the Tender Particulars, the mandatory Bid Currency for this procurement process is Iraqi Dinar (IQD). All financial offers must be submitted strictly in IQD. Offers submitted in any other currency may be considered non-compliant and disqualified from evaluation. 2. For the awarded bidder (including international vendors), payments will be processed via international electronic bank wire transfer (SWIFT).Q3: Regarding Alum Mixer, you specified mixer speed as 940 rpm.Please confirm if the RPM is input speed or output speed?UNOPS response: The specified speed of 940 rpm is the output speed (the actual rotation speed of the stainless steel shaft and propeller submerged in the liquid).Q4:  Regarding items 1&2 Please clarify the type of pumps?? Split Case OR End suction pumps?Additionally, could you make this tender exclusively for the pumps and put the other items in a separate tender? That would be better if applicable.UNOPS response: 1. For Item 1 (Submersible Pump): Neither. As explicitly stated in tender documents, Item 1 requires a Submersible Pump (designed to operate fully submerged in the fluid), not a dry-installed surface pump like a split-case or end-suction model. 2. For Item 2 (Centrifugal Pump): The required design is an End Suction Centrifugal Pump configuration, matching the specified performance parameters (Hydraulic power 75 kW, Q = 250 m³/hr, Head = 60 m) and the approved manufacturer's standard standardisation range (Caprari or Grundfos). Split-case configuration is not required.Best regards
