Provision of Multifunction Devices, Production Machines, and Managed Print Services
The World Health Organization (WHO), Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO), requires the provision of multifunction devices (MFDs), production machines, and managed print services to support office operations across divisions and country office requirements with a purpose of establishing a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for expected duration of 3 years. This is with a possbility of extension up to additional 2 years, one year extension per year.
The objective of this procurement is to engage a qualified Vendor for the rental, installation, and maintenance of MFDs, including the provision of consumables and support services, to meet the operational printing requirements of WHO/WPRO and WR/PHL.
The current Long-Term Agreement (LTA) is expiring on 30 June 2026, and there is a need to establish a new service arrangement to ensure continuity of printing, copying, and scanning services. Historical usage data, confirmed equipment requirements, and technical specifications have been consolidated to inform this requirement.
