Provision of Conference, Catering and Accommodation Services for UNMISS in Eastern Equatoria State in Torit, Nimule, Kapeota and Magwi, South Sudan

1. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent entities for the Provision of Conference, Catering and Accommodation Services for UNMISS in Eastern Equatoria State in Torit, Nimule , Kapoeta and Magwi, South Sudan. 2. UNMISS conducts workshops, trainings, and conferences to disseminate key information to stakeholders across South Sudan. Accordingly, UNMISS seeks to establish contracts with qualified vendors possessing hotel facilities in Eastern Equatoria for an initial period of one (1) year, with options to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods at UNMISS’ sole discretion, subject to continued requirement, availability of funds, the Mission’s mandate, and satisfactory contractor performance. 3. Local self-help groups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and businesses owned by women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Specific Requirements/Information 4. Interested providers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) via link https://ungm.org/Public/Notice. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following information: • Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 90110000/90101603 - Provision of Conference, Catering and Accommodation Services). • Company's contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration: Company should be registered in UNGM using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level 1. 6. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 7. The UNGM Identification Number obtained at the start of the registration process, must be provided to the Procurement officer at the time of submitting the EOI in the completed EOI Form. 8.
