Description

3. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES As part of UNICEF Sri Lanka’s Fundraising strategy and following the UNICEF information security policies and standards, UNICEF is seeking to work with a qualified Payment Service Provider (PSP) to provide online payment gateway services to receive payment from donors who are interested in making donations by credit card during the UNICEF campaigns. The PSP is expected to support broader payment acceptance beyond international card processing alone, including local and international payment methods that are relevant to the Sri Lankan market and UNICEF fundraising needs, and to enable operational efficiencies through automation, reporting, and recurring donation support. The Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) shall be valid for a period of 3 years, with potential extension of further term of 4 years with two-years period for each duration at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs. UNICEF shall provide specific deliverables and time frames for each task when required by issuing Institutional Contracts using the terms and conditions agreed in the LTA and the agreed rate/fee stated in the LTA will be used to calculate the contract amount where applicable. UNICEF reserves the right to rescind the Arrangement during that period should performance not meet its requirements. Under LTA, UNICEF does not warrant that any quantity of services shall be purchased during the term of the Arrangement and is not bound to purchase any minimum number of services. UNICEF reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion and shall not be subject to exclusivity
