Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit their offers for the Purchase of IT Equipment for the CRLP staff with delivery to KABUL, BAGHLAN, LAGHMAN, MAZAR, JALALABAD, KUNDUZ, AND KANDAHAR in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in Section I: RFQ Particulars
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNOPS tender details, request clarifications on the tender, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered as a UNOPS vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. According to HP documentation, this model is available in different regional versions and may use either HP 206A/206X or HP 207A/207X toner cartridges, depending on the printer's regional configuration. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Greetings, and hope this email finds you in good health.Item number 6,: Samsung TB, 50-inch Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV there is not available in the market with the given model (TB-50 inch). I don't know is a typing mistake or the model of the TV, the available model is (SAMSUNG 50 Inch Crystal UHD DU7000 4K Tizen OS Smart TV) with the same given specifications. Should we quote the available model in the market?"Answer: Dear Supplier, Thank you for your question, please note that the brand/model is not a critical requirement, an equivalent TV brand or model that meets the required specifications of UNOPS would be acceptable.Best regards,UNOPS Procurement Team"

New clarification added: Dear Procurement Team,We are interested in participating in this tender. However, we would like to seek clarification regarding Item No. 4, the HP 206X Toner Cartridge.Based on our market research, the HP 206X toner cartridge is currently unavailable in the local and regional Asian markets. The available model is HP 206A.Therefore, we kindly request your confirmation on whether HP 206A toner cartridges would be considered acceptable as an alternative for this requirement.We would appreciate your guidance and look forward to your response.Best Regards Answer: Thank you for your question.Please note that, based on our experience, the HP 206A does not meet UNOPS requirements. New clarification added: Dear Procurement Team,Thank you for sending us the RFQ, we have reviewed and have a clarification to request, the Huntkey power outlets requested by your team is not available with us or in the Market, we have asked our Dubai Suppliers as well. the Huntkey that is available with us is 3 outlets with 2 USB A outlets and 3 outlets only. if these are acceptable please let us know if not, do you accept an alternate model with the same specs.Thank you and best regards"Answer: Dear Supplier, Thank you for your question, please note that the brand is not a critical requirement, an equivalent power extension cord that meets the required specifications of UNOPS would be acceptable.Best regards,UNOPS Procurement Team"
