These costs must be included in the development of technical documentation within the framework of the given Milestone in 6 Consultant Services RFQ Section VI - Returnable Schedules 4.1.A Breakdown of the Fees and Reimbursable cost.

New clarification added: Dear potential bidders, Please see below the request and clarification:Question:Do the geodetic services include the preparation of cadastral‑topographic bases for all five locations (Dimitrovgrad, Gradina, Vršačka Čuka, Preševo, and Rujan), and should any additional geodetic services be foreseen prior to the preparation of the cadastral‑topographic bases?Answer:As stated in 2-5 Consultant Services - RFQ Sections II, III, IV, V; III Required Content of Design Documentation: Detailed topographic survey for the level of Main and Execution Design is needed only for A. Technical Documentation for the reconstruction of the building on the cadastral plots No. 140 KO Dimitrovgrad, Municipality Dimitrovgrad. For B. Technical Documentation for Gradina Regional Border Police Station, Gradina Border Crossing Point, Vrška Čuka Border Crossing Point, Preševo Regional Border Police Station, Preševo Border Crossing Point and Rujan Border Police Station, it is not needed.

I kindly ask for clarification regarding the description and scope of work for this task.Answer:The description and scope of work for this task is state in 2-5 Consultant Services - RFQ Sections II, III, IV, V; Technical Documentation for the reconstruction of the building on the cadastral plots No. 140 KO Dimitrovgrad, Municipality Dimitrovgrad: A.1 Design for Building Permit/Conceptual Design; 13.Landscape design (greenery, pedestrian paths, access road and parking lots). The Designer of Horticultural will need to develop the design only for the reconstruction of the Pirot Border Police Station in DimitrovgradQuestion:Should we plan for the design of custom‑made furniture, or should we consider the procurement of already manufactured furniture?Answer:Both will be in consideration, custom‑made furniture and already manufactured furniture. Based on a review of existing furniture and user needs, an analysis will be performed by the designer and determination.Question:I would also like to take this opportunity to kindly request an extension of the deadline for submitting the application to the competition. Due to the volume of documentation, we are unable to deliver everything on time.Answer:Deadline extension is taken into consideration and it would be processed via tender amendment.
