The selected organization will target at least 50 CSOs across five governorates (Ninewa, Erbil, Baghdad, Anbar, and Basra), conducting a minimum of 20 training workshops, 10 mentorship sessions, and supporting the development of CSO strategic sustainability plans and pilot social enterprise initiatives.

Deliverables include an inception report, customized training curriculum and materials (in Arabic and English), capacity building reports, endline impact assessment, and a final project report with lessons learned.

Eligibility: Open to national and international legally registered organizations with a minimum of 6 years of operational history, registered or with a legal representative in Iraq, and with demonstrated experience in at least 2 similar CSO capacity-building projects over the past 7 years.
