SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BULK JET A-1 FUEL AND INTO-PLANE REFUELING SERVICES IN LAAYOUNE

The United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested companies/ bodies for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Jet A-1 Fuel and Into-Plane Refueling Services to MINURSO in Laayoune. The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation, MINURSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicition when issued. Specific Requirements/Information To respond to this Request: The interested firms must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to minursoprocurement@un.org to the attention of Aminata Diadie Ba (Mrs.) before the closing date on 2 June 2026 at 6:00 pm, Laayoune local time, Western Sahara (GMT+1). MINURSO reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest that are incomplete, incorrect, or are received after the stated deadline.
