Enhancement and upgrading of the Erbil Citadel Interpretation Center, including the following lots/categories:

• A — Smart Power System: Assessment/dismantling of existing system; supply and installation of 10-inch smart home touch screen controller (×2), smart sockets (×26 points), cabling, and full commissioning
• B — Sound System: Repair, tuning, and recalibration of existing speaker systems; cabling and accessories
• C — Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System: New 16-channel fire alarm panel; smoke detectors (×10); repair of existing fire alarm; 3-inch GS firefighting pipe (25 ml); pump inspection; testing and commissioning
• D — Smart Devices, Displays & Analytics: Lenovo tablet; 24" touch monitor; Linux server installation; people-counting IP camera and analytics software
• E — Projector Management System: Removal of existing system; development and installation of centralized smart projector management system (×10 projectors); CMS; role-based access; testing and commissioning
• F — Smart Touch Screen Management System: Central touch screen management; room-based content allocation; multimedia/infographic engine; admin dashboard; integration with all smart screens
• G/H — Active/Standby Server Pair: 2× Dell PowerEdge R240 servers; Active/Standby implementation, failover configuration, and commissioning
• Support & Warranty: Minimum 1-year warranty on equipment and full system operation; training and ongoing technical support to center's IT specialist
