UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Services for the provision of high-quality technical expertise to UNICEF to support the Government of Ukraine to roll out its Better Care Reform. This RFP is open to International Bidders only (companies, NOT registered in Ukraine).
