UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite a proposal for “Assessment, Design, and Implementation of “Two (2) Community Day-Care Centers at Government Primary Schools” under joint Gazipur City Corporation and UNICEF’s ECCD programme implementation for providing equitable access to quality and affordable child care services for 0-4 year old children of Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector, in Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) Zone-6 and Zone-7”.

1. Request for Proposal
United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.
2. Request for Information

IMPORTANT: BIDS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE – ANY BID SENT TO THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
3. Site visit:
All interested construction companies are requested to conduct a site visit at their own arrangement on 21 May 2026 or 24 May 2026.
Companies are requested to notify UNICEF of their intention at least 2 days prior to the visit, so that the names of focal persons and a convenient time for the visit can be coordinated. Site locations:

School for Day care Establishment – this site is the demo or model for the task
ii) Baimail Govt Primary School, Ward no - 12, Baimail, Konabari, Gazipur City Corporation
iii) Purbo Chandona Govt Primary School, Ward no- 17, Joydebpur, Gazipur City Corporation

5. Submission Deadline and Mode of Bid Submission
The extended deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:

The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org; no staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.
Technical Proposal and Price Proposal must be sent as separate files and clearly indicated in the file name; e.g. 920XXXX Technical Proposal.pdf; 920XXXX Price Proposal.pdf. No price information should be provided in the Technical Proposal. Financial Proposal should also be attached as Excel sheet. Price proposals (both excel and pdf) should be password protected.
