Dear Bidder,

On behalf of the International Labour Office (ILO), we invite you to submit a proposal for the services described in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

The template of the PO for services is attached for your information.

To be eligible for consideration, the ILO must receive the offer signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal if any, on or before 8/06/2026 15:00 PM (Kyiv time) at the following email address: kyiv-procurement@ilo.org . The package must include Concept and Budget Proposal.

Offers received after the deadline will not be considered. The ILO reserves the right to extend the deadline for submission of offers. In such an event, all potential bidders will be informed in writing of the revised terms and duration of the extension.
