New clarification added: Question: Thank you for your clarification regarding the required fabric weight of 180 gsm. However, we would like to respectfully point out that, in textile production, it is common to have a variation of approximately 5 to 10 gsm between different colors and production batches. Such differences naturally occur due to dyeing and finishing processes and are standard within the textile industry. It is therefore generally difficult to guarantee exactly the same fabric weight across all colors. A slight variation around the requested grammage remains normal and does not affect the overall quality, durability, or compliance of the garments.Furthermore, a slightly higher fabric weight is generally associated with better quality and durability. For this reason, we do not fully understand why a small tolerance or a slightly higher grammage could not be accepted, especially when all other technical specifications and quality requirements are fully respected.Could you therefore kindly clarify whether an acceptable tolerance of approximately ±5–10 gsm could be considered compliant with the tender requirements?Answer: Please note that T-shirts must be in accordance with the tender requirements: 180 g/m² (heavyweight). Test report for T-shirts (signed by an authorised laboratory/certification institution confirming the material of the offered T-shirts, specificaly 100% combed cotton, 180 g/m² (heavyweight) must be submitted.

New clarification added: Question: Would you consider switching to a side-seam T-shirt? That would significantly lower production costs and allow us to offer you a much more competitive price.Answer: Please note that, in line with the tender specifications, the T-shirts are required to be tubular cut, with no side seams. T-shirts with stitched side seams would not be considered compliant with the tender requirements.

New clarification added: Question:Regarding RFQ/2026/62925 for T‑shirts and tote bags, we would like to submit an official inquiry about the tubular cut (no side seams) requirement stated in the technical specifications.Due to market and production realities in China:Tubular knit fabrics (no side seams) are very rarely available in ready‑made stock. Most garment factories receive tubular fabric but cut it open to make separate front/back panels for better sizing accuracy and DTF printing quality.Your required combination of 8 colors × 5 sizes makes it not feasible to custom‑knit and custom‑dye tubular blanks, as each size requires dedicated knitting equipment with high minimum order quantities (MOQs), and each color also requires high dyeing MOQs.Therefore, we sincerely ask for your confirmation:Is it acceptable to offer T‑shirts with side seams (stitched side seams) instead of tubular cut (no side seams)? With side‑seam construction:We can secure sufficient ready‑made stock. We can fully meet your required quantity, delivery time, and quality standards. The fabric will still be 100% combed cotton, 180 g/m², and all other specifications will remain strictly compliant. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your official confirmation.Answer: Please note that, in line with the tender specifications, the T-shirts are required to be tubular cut, with no side seams. As this requirement forms part of the technical specifications of the RFQ, T-shirts with stitched side seams would not be considered compliant with the tender requirements.
