Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service in HVAC and its various equipment and associated components for UN Agencies in Santiago Chile.

A. The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is based in Santiago, Chile. ECLAC is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations, established in 1948 where one of its main objectives is the promotion of social development in the region. Its premises are located within 55,449.14m2 in Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. B. UN-ECLAC is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to seek the interest of qualified companies, with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in the air conditioning maintenance area to sign a long-term contract as potential Contractor for the preventive and corrective maintenance service in systems of air conditioning and its various equipment and associated components, currently installed in the following UN agencies located in Santiago Chile: ECLAC, FAO, UNDP, ILO and UNICEF. C. The requested service is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027. The requested service is aimed at ensuring the maximum availability of systems, equipment and components of HVAC plants installed in the different United Nations agencies in Santiago de Chile. D. Please note that the United Nations is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with UNGM . If your firm is interested in responding to this EOI, and is not currently fully registered as a Vendor in the UNGM roster, firms must register at Basic Level or Higher, www.ungm.org The successful bidder will be required to Register in UNGM at Level 1 before Contract award. Es una de las cinco comisiones regionales de las Naciones Unidas, establecida en 1948 y la promoción del desarrollo social de la región es uno de sus objetivos principales. Se encuentra dentro de 55.449,14 m2. en la Comuna de Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. B. Las Naciones Unidas - CEPAL está emitiendo esta Solicitud de Expresión de Interés (REOI) para buscar el interés de empresas calificadas, con experiencia mínima de siete (7) años en el área de mantención de aire acondicionado, como potencial Contratista para un contrato de largo plazo para el Servicio de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas de climatización y sus distintos equipos y componentes asociados, actualmente instalados en las siguientes agencias de Naciones Unidas en Santiago de Chile: CEPAL, FAO, PNUD, OIT y UNICEF. C. Está previsto que el servicio solicitado comience a partir del 01 de enero del 2027. El servicio solicitado está orientado a asegurar la máxima disponibilidad de sistemas, equipos y componentes de plantas de HVAC instaladas en las distintas agencias de Naciones Unidas en Santiago de Chile. D. Tenga en cuenta que las Naciones Unidas no pueden celebrar contratos con empresas que no estén plenamente registradas en UNGM. Si su empresa está interesada en responder a esta EOI y actualmente no se encuentra plenamente registrada como proveedor en el registro de UNGM, deberá registrarse en el Nivel Básico o superior en www.ungm.org. El oferente adjudicado deberá registrarse en UNGM en el Nivel 1 antes de la adjudicación del contrato.
