UNICEF Moldova invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the Assessment of structural barriers and early risk factors affecting adolescents at risk of becoming NEET,to inform the development of preventive, cross-sectoral policy and programme responses supporting school-to-work transition

Mandatory Requirements

  • Separate Submissions: Technical and Price proposals must be sent in separate emails.
  • Signed Bid Form: The Request for Proposal for Services Form (pages 3–5) must be completed, signed, and returned with the Technical Proposal.
  • No External Links: All files must be attached directly to the email; submissions via cloud links will be invalidated.
  • Validity: Proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days from the submission deadline.
  • Partnerships: Any Joint Venture, Consortium, or Subcontracting arrangements must be clearly addressed in the Technical Proposal.
