New clarification added: Dear Sir,As we have had a good working history with UNOPS and would like to continue as a strong partner, sometimes due to certain work commitments, pre-bid meetings may be missed. Therefore, if someone misses a pre-bid meeting, they should still be allowed to participate in the bidding process or not.Dear Bidder,Thank you for your thoughts. As per the ITB/RFQ requirement, a pre-bid meeting is set out as mandatory; those who are interested should participate. If they have any questions or technical concerns, they can share them in the meeting. Anyone who misses the pre- mandatory ITB/RFQ requirement is his / her sole responsibility. Procurement Team.

New clarification added: Dear Procurement Committee Team, I hope you are doing well.I would like to share my thoughts regarding the requirement of attending the pre-bid meeting. As many of the topics discussed during these meetings are often repetitive, and we already have sufficient information and understanding for preparing and submitting the RFQ.If any questions or clarifications arise, we can address them through E-Sourcing at the appropriate time to ensure proper resolution. Therefore, I kindly request that if someone misses the meeting, they should still be allowed to participate in the bidding process, and missing the meeting should not be considered too strictly. In my opinion, instead of focusing heavily on mandatory pre-bid meetings, more attention could be given to other important aspects.Thank you for your understanding and consideration. New clarification added: Question:Our representative has attended the pre bid meeting of this RFQ, but he has forgotten to write his name, company's name and his complete details, so we want to apply for this RFQ, are we eligible to apply for mentioned RFQ?Answer: Participation in the mandatory pre‑bid meeting required all attendees to register their full name and company details. Although our attendance records confirm that the meeting was held and participants were recorded, the individual you mentioned did not provide sufficient information to verify that he was representing your company. You may still submit your bid; however, you must include proof that the person and his email address who attended the mandatory pre‑bid meeting was indeed your company’s authorized representative. Acceptable proof may include an official company letter, employment verification, or any other document that clearly establishes his affiliation with your company.
