We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Request for Proposal(RFP) EdTech partner for programme on “Foundation Literacy and Numeracy Improvement through Systematic, Timely and Cost-Effective Data-Driven Decision Making” (PANDAI Programme). The detailed Terms of Reference can be found in Annex I.

The deadline for submission is Thursday, 4th June 2026 at 14:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time. Your offer should include a Technical and Financial Proposal, each in a separate document, and should be submitted in English to jakartasupply@unicef.org.
Please ensure that proposals submitted by email are attached as files. Please note that submissions via links (e.g. cloud storage links) will not be accepted and will be considered invalid unless otherwise specifically requested.
Please use the following format for the subject line of your emails:
