The quick assessment should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and submit. As indicated in the TOR technical proposal template, please attach proof of passing the EdTech for Good assessment to your proposal.

When completing the assessment application, please include a note in the "Motivation" section (which appears towards the end of the application) stating that the EdTech tool is being submitted for Indonesia's PANDAI Programme. This may help prioritize and expedite the assessment process.

If your submission is rejected, an auto-generated email explaining the reason for the rejection should be sent to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You may resubmit the assessment even if your initial submission is rejected.

The deadline for submission is Thursday, 4th June 2026 at 14:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time. Your offer should include a Technical and Financial Proposal, each in a separate document, and should be submitted in English to jakartasupply@unicef.org.

Please ensure that proposals submitted by email are attached as files. Please note that submissions via links (e.g. cloud storage links) will not be accepted and will be considered invalid unless otherwise specifically requested.
