RFP: Service Provider for Systems Analysis to Design Workers’ Grievance Documentation and Case Management System for Trade Unions in Thailand: Pilot in the Rubber Sector
The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for undertaking a systems analysis study on grievance documentation and case management practices among trade unions in Thailand, with a pilot focus on the rubber supply chain.
The assignment will assess existing grievance intake, documentation, referral, follow-up, and case management processes; identify operational, organizational, technical, and data protection gaps; and develop recommendations for a practical, secure, and scalable grievance documentation and case management system.
Interested service providers are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, together with the completed annexes provided, in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Terms of Reference by 5 June at 17:00 ICT.
