Long-Term Agreements for the Provision of IT Equipment to UNDP Headquarters
The purpose of this Long-Term Agreements (LTA) is to support UNDP Head Quarter Bureaus and offices to supply of various IT equipment with warranty support services for period of three (03) years.
• The LTAs will cover different IT equipment without restrictions on any brand, model or closed specifications.
• The expectation is to set up LTAs with 1-3 vendors to ensure competitiveness and reliability of the setup. An additional reserve LTA holder may be considered upon evaluation of offers.
• The LTAs intended would work on a secondary bidding basis, i.e. all LTA holders are requested to provide offers for projects under the LTA scope. The offices will also have the possibility to run a secondary bidding RFQ to fix prices for standardized items for a period of time allowing direct orders.
