LRPS-2026-9203951- LTA for WASH Engineering Consulting Services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026-9203951 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for WASH Engineering Consulting Services for the period of 3 years with a possibility of extension for 2 additional years, as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing Lists.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Wednesday 03 June 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9203951) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

Large files to be shared via sharable link with no expiry date. Failing to do so will result in considering submission as invalid.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9203951) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Price Proposal to be submitted using Annex 2- Pricing Lists and to be submitted in both excel and signed PDF format.

Please do not make any changes to the attached pricing annex (add, modify, delete cells, etc.), otherwise, submission will be considered invalid.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (bantoun@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 20 May 2026 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.

Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number (LRPS-2026-9203951) is mentioned in your e-mail.
