Bidders are kindly requested to submit their proposals in two separate emails: one email for the
technical bid and other email for the financial bid.
a-Email for technical bid [Technical Bid should not contain prices]: Subject line of email must
indicate: LRFPS number (9203928) - name of your company - technical bid. The email must
include: The technical bid.
b-Email for price bids: Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (9203928) - name
of your company- price bid.
Proposals submitted by any other way will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated
deadline.
A bid conference will be held online on 21 May 2026 at 12:00 PM hrs. Syria time (GMT+3). Link
is included in the email invitation.
