Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Guyana invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of janitorial services for the United Nations House located at Duke Street, Kingston, Georgetown, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Compound at GuySuCo.

The services include routine cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, sanitary facilities, and common areas, as well as the provision of cleaning personnel and minor maintenance support. The total area to be serviced is approximately 25,000 square feet across both locations.

SITE VISIT / PRE BID MEETING

A mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting will be conducted to familiarize prospective bidders with the premises, scope of services, and operational requirements under this RFQ. Two sessions will be held as follows:

  • Session 1: Thursday, 14 May 2026
  • Session 2: Monday, 18 May 2026

Location: UN House, Georgetown, Guyana
Time: 14:00hrs

Interested bidders are required to attend at least one (1) of the above sessions in order to be eligible to submit a quotation under this solicitation.

Bidders wishing to attend are requested to confirm participation in advance through the messaging functionality in the Quantum system or via the contact details provided in the solicitation document.

Interested suppliers must submit their quotation directly through the Quantum Supplier Portal in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation document. Suppliers not yet registered may create a profile using the registration link provided in the procurement notice and following the guidance available on the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Existing suppliers are advised not to create duplicate profiles and should use the password recovery option where necessary.
