The World Health Organization (WHO) Regional office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer to provide Provision of Technical and Logistical Support Services for  Motivational Interviewing Training in Hypertension Prevention and Control under the Philippine–Pacific Health Initiative (PhilPac).

PhilPac is a regional collaboration between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and WHO aimed at strengthening health workforce resilience and health systems capacity across Pacific Island Countries (PICs). Within this framework, WHO requires technical and logistical support to develop learning materials and conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) on Motivational Interviewing (MI) to improve treatment adherence among patients with hypertension and other chronic conditions.

This assignment will support the design, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of MI capacity‑building activities for health care workers in the Philippines and selected PICs, contributing to improved hypertension prevention and control outcomes and supporting the broader PhilPac objectives.
