Expression of Interest – Bonded Warehouse Services in Port Said - Egypt

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), the world’s largest humanitarian organization fighting hunger, is expanding its operational activities in Egypt and the region. invites reputable and legally registered service providers to express their interest in providing bonded warehouse services in Port Said.

The required facility should be a bonded warehouse located outside port premises, within a maximum 15 km radius of Port Said East or West Ports, suitable for the storage of food commodities and non‑food items (NFIs).

Key requirements include:

1. Storage capacity of approximately 3,000–4,000 m³
2. Combination of racked and flat storage areas
3. Adequate ventilation, firefighting system, and CCTV security
4. Paved access roads and parking space for at least 20 flatbed trucks
5. Access to water and electricity
6. Perimeter boundary wall and sandwich panel roof with skylights
7. On‑site administrative office equipped for WFP staff use
8. Availability of an experienced cargo handling team
