The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the Supply, delivery, installation, testing and Commissioning of Sixty-Seven (67) Air Conditioning Units (works inclusive of removal and disposal of existing sixty-six (66) units) at the FAO Representation in Zimbabwe, Harare, Zimbabwe. MANDATORY SITE VISIT. Attendance of the Site visit is compulsory. The Bidder(s), at the Bidder’s own responsibility and risk, is required to visit and examine the site(s) of installation, commissioning and maintenance services and its surroundings to assess the existing setup and space conditions and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for the requested goods and services. The costs of visiting the site(s) shall be at the Bidder’s own expense. In this regard, the Bidder shall submit a statement duly countersigned by the Bidder’s representative certifying that the Bidder duly examined the Site(s) of Services and its surroundings and obtained all information necessary for preparing the Tender. The Site Visit form shall be countersigned by FAO. The duly completed Site Visit form must be submitted together with your bid.
