Description

UNDP invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of conference and ICT support services for an upcoming meeting to be held at the Kigali Marriott Hotel from 18 May to 22 May 2026 for 200 attendees. The scope of work includes the following services and equipment:

  • Internet upgrade to a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps
  • Interpretation services (English/French) for the plenary room
  • Hybrid meeting facilities for the plenary room
  • One laptop/desktop computer with internet connection, linked to a printer
  • One laser printer connected to the computer, with adequate paper and toner
  • One photocopier machine with adequate paper and toner supply for in-session reproduction

The objective is to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the meeting through reliable technical support and equipment.
