Logistical Event Services: UN SDG Action Award Ceremony 2026 Rome
Description of Services
- Accommodation: 30 rooms for event guests across specified dates, with breakfast, Wi-Fi, and luggage assistance included, all within Rome city centre.
- Transfers: Airport shuttles for arriving and departing guests, VIP private transfers, and a dedicated minivan for the transportation of SDG Cubes to and from UN FAO premises.
- Catering: Daily crew lunches (25–29 October), an Awards Reception for 150 guests (29 October), and workshop catering including coffee breaks and an evening reception (28 October).
- Event Venue & Meeting Rooms: Main ceremony venue (capacity 300), backstage production room, VIP room, finalist workshop room, team office, artist room, hair and make-up room, and coat check — all within walking distance of the ceremony venue.
- Technical Services: Technical support for the finalist workshop (28 October) and provision and management of four lobby screens during the ceremony (29 October).
