Supply and delivery of medical items

Dear Potential Bidder,

You are invited to submit a bid for the supply and delivery of medical items under UNICEF Invitation to Bid No. LITB-2026-9203893.

As part of this tender, priority will be given to items available in stock. Vendors are requested to clearly indicate:

• Quantity immediately available in stock

• Remaining quantity (if not fully in stock)

• Expected delivery date for the remaining quantity, supported by evidence of communication with the producer

Please find attached:

1. Tender document (LITB-2026-9203893) – containing all terms, conditions, and technical requirements.

2. Annex B – to be filled out by each vendor with pricing, stock availability, and delivery details.

Additionally, each vendor must provide technical data sheets for all offered items. These should be compiled into a single PDF file labeled as:

Submission Instructions:

• Send your Technical Offer and Financial Offer in separate emails to:

• Email subject lines must be:

• Submit the following:

  • Signed Bid Form

  • Annex B (filled)

  • Annex C (technical sheets)

  • Technical compliance matrix (PDF + Excel)

  • Evidence of communication with producer for items not in stock

  • Warranty information

  • Accessories list with prices (if applicable)

Important Notes:

• Prices must be in ILS, excluding VAT

• Delivery location: UNICEF WH in Ramallah or WB exit point to Gaza

• Late deliveries will incur liquidated damages (0.5% per day, up to 10%)

• UNICEF reserves the right to make partial awards
