New clarification added: Question: Our business license expired in late February 2026, and we are currently in the process of obtaining the required tax clearance from the Medium Taxpayers Office. This procedure is underway, and we are actively following up to complete it as soon as possible. We hope that this temporary administrative process will not affect our eligibility in the current bidding process.
